Lunge lateral distel/Leber lateral proximal - links

Behandlungsschritte:

• Patient: Seitenlage rechts - gute Ergebnisse auch in Rückenlage
• Hand 1: 5. Rippe links, lateraler Anteil -> rechts lateral, mit 10° Winkel inferior und 20° Winkel anterior
• Hand 2: Processus xiphoideus -> posterior

• Hand 2: Processus xiphoideus -> posterior

Leber/Zwerchfell

Behandlungsschritte:

• Patient: Seitenlage links - gute Ergebnisse auch in Rückenlage
• Hand 1: 6. & 7. Rippe rechts, lateraler Anteil -> links lateral, mit 10° Winkel inferior und 10° Winkel anterior
• Hand 2: Symphysis xiphosternalis -> posterior, im 10° Winkel superior

Magen/Zwerchfell

Behandlungsschritte:

• Patient: Seitenlage rechts - gute Ergebnisse auch in Rückenlage
• Hand 1: 6. & 7. Rippe links, lateraler Anteil -> rechts lateral, mit 10° Winkel inferior und 10° Winkel anterior
• Hand 2: Symphysis xiphosternalis -> posterior, mit 10° Winkel superior

Mittlerer lumbaler Zwerchfellanteil/distales Perikard

Behandlungsschritte:

• Patient: Rückenlage
• Hand 1: 10. & 11. Rippe rechts, post. Anteil -> anterior, links, mit 10° Winkel inferior
• Hand 2: 10. & 11. Rippe links, post. Anteil -> anterior, rechts, mit 10° Winkel inferior

Mittlerer sternaler Zwerchfellanteil/ distales Perikard

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: 10. & 11. Rippe rechts, lateraler Anteil -> links lateral, mit 10° Winkel inferior
• Hand 2: 10. & 11. Rippe links, lateraler Anteil -> rechts lateral, mit 10° Winkel inferior

Ligamentum falciforme hepatis (Leber)/Zwerchfell

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: Symphysis xiphosternalis, ca 5cm re. lat. -> posterior mit Torsion aus Flexion, Rechtsrotation und Linksseitneigung
• Hand 2: 6. Rippe rechts, lat. und ant. Anteil -> posterior

Hiatus oesophagus (Mageneingang)/Zwerchfell (Magen)

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: T9, Wirbel mit Processus spinosus -> anterior, inferior
• Hand 2: Symphysis xiphosternalis mit ca. 5cm umfassenden Kontakt -> posterior, inferior mit 30° Winkel zum Boden

Hiatus oesophagus/Zwerchfell für Invaginationen des Magenfundus

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: T7, T8, T9 Processus spinosus -> anterior, inferior mit 30° Winkel
• Hand 2: Symphysis xiphosternalis und costo-chondrale Knorpel T7 bis T10 rechts -> posterior, inferior mit 30° Winkel zum Boden, lateral (horizontal zur Mittellinie)

Aorta/Zwerchfell

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: Knorpelige Anteile (inf.) des Brustkorbs links und rechts -> posterior, medial, inferior
• Hand 2: T12 Processus spinosus -> anterior, inferior

Vena cava inferior/Zwerchfell

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: T12, L1, L2 -> superior, anterior
• Hand 2: Processus xiphoideus -> posterior, inferior mit 45°, leichte Rechtsrotation

Arteria mesenterica superior

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: 12. Rippe links mit T12 Proc. spinosus und L1 -> anterior, links lateral (horizontal zur Mittellinie)
• Hand 2: Costo-chondrale Gelenke des Brustkorbs links von Symphysis xiphosternalis -> posterior, medial

Truncus coeliacus Truncus coeliacus zweigt direkt unterhalb des Zwerchfells von der Aorta ab

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: 12. Rippe links mit T12 Proc. spinosus -> anterior, links lateral (horizontale zur Mittellinie)
• Hand 2: Costo-chondrale Gelenke des Brustkorbs links von T7 bis T10 -> posterior, medial (horizontal zur Mittellinie)

Vena lumbalis ascendens - links

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: L1 posteriorer Anteil -> superior
• Hand 2: Processus xiphoideus und Symphysis xiph. mit linken costo-chondralen Rippenanteilen -> rechts lateral, leicht posterior

Vena lumbalis ascendens - rechts

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: L1 -> superior mit Rechtsrotation
• Hand 2: Processus xiphoideus und Symphysis xiph. mit rechten costo-chondralen Rippenanteilen -> links lateral, leicht posterior

Vena azygos

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: T12 -> superior
• Hand 2: Processus xiphoideus und Symphysis xiph. mit rechtem costo-chondralen Rippenanteilen -> links lateral, leicht anterior

Arteria phrenica inferior (bilateral)

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: T11 Proc. spinosus, inferiorer Anteil -> superior
• Hand 2: Rippen 7, 8, 9 lateral (Axillarlinie) -> medial, superior

Lateraler Ast der Arteria phrenica (bilateral)

Behandlungsschritte:

• Hand 1: T6 -> lateral, inferior
• Hand 2: 9. Rippe, posterior -> anterior
