° Indications: Self-Esteem Protocol:
° Frame the intention: balance centers and chakras that connect to higher self or soul, can ask for clarifications and guidance on any issues finding their purpose of healing
° Initiates deep healing on all levels and rebalances energies (excess or lacking)
° Therapist sits on the client’s right side. Intent is to hook the energy a little
° Hold Each Point until Energies balance (Should be able to do protocol in ½ an hour or so). Initiating the sequence and it will complete
- Left fingers on Coccyx -> Right thumb Just Posterior (behind) Left Medial Ankle
- Coccyx -> Just Posterior (behind) Right Medial Ankle
- Coccyx -> Just below Sternum / Xiphoid Process
- Coccyx -> Just above Pubic Bone
- Cup lateral borders of the Sacrum -> Second chakra, half way between umbilicus and pubic bone, feel for the center
- L3, L4 -< A point 1 inch below umbilicus
- T12, L1 interspace -> Third chakra, midway between umbilicus and sternum, feel for center
- T4, T5 cup transverse process on each side -> A point a third up sternum, almost mid-sternum (strongest energy center)
- T4, T5 -> Rib 3-4 Interspace
- A. T4, T5 -> A point 3 fingers widths above wrist crease, bilateral
B. Three fingers widths above wrist crease to mid-sternum (segments 3-4) especially for therapists or history of heart, pericardium problems
- C6, C7 -> Thyroid, a point just below Adam’s Apple
- C6, C7 -> Lateral neck, Mid-SCM, bilateral
- Suoccipital area -> Middle of Forehead
- Suboccipital area -> Crown chakra / Lambda / Indentation
- Hold crown briefly, touch each chakra with finger tips pinched together a) Brow b) Throat c) Heart d) Solar Plexus e) 2nd Chakra f) Root
- Sweep the energy back up to the crown a couple of times
- A) Alone rest ankle over padded edge of table to act as a fulcrum, visualize energy coming up, then moving down the legs and feet
B) With assistance: Lift ankles lightly traction and fulcrum on tibia
