1. Look for DOMs at the posterior heart
2. Right acromioclavicular joint and lateral third of the right clavicle -> heart fulcra
3. Right acromioclavicular joint and lateral third of the right clavicle -> right temple (area surrounding the right wing of sphenoid)
4. Right acromioclavicular joint and lateral third of the right clavicle -> left ischial tuberosity
5. Right acromioclavicular joint and lateral third of the right clavicle -> head of pancreas (should incorporate PFM for head of pancreas)
6. Right acromioclavicular joint and lateral third of the right clavicle -> anterior aspect of right quadriceps muscle
7. Right acromioclavicular joint and lateral third of the right clavicle -> anterior aspect of left quadriceps muscle
8. Right acromioclavicular joint and lateral third of the right clavicle -> right glenohumeral joint
